CELEBRITY BIRTHDAY: Popular Nollywood Actor Sylvester Madu a.k.a Rambo celebrated his golden jubilee today, 50 years. Happy birthday to him🎂🍾🥂

Sylvester Madu was born on the 11th of January 1975 in his home country, Nigeria. Born and raised in Anambra State (Anambra State is a state in the south-eastern part of Nigeria), Madu is the first child of his parents’ twelve children. Growing up in a family of eleven siblings, Sylvester indeed had a memorable childhood, as he almost always had someone to play with.
He had both his primary and secondary school education in Anambra State, Sylvester obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and his West African Examination Certificate certifications therein. Upon graduation from secondary school, Sylvester Madu proceeded to the prestigious University of Maiduguri, Borno State, where he studied and obtained his first degree. He joined the movie industry after he got his bachelor’s degree, a credential that didn’t matter much in the entertainment industry.

Career
The Nigeria James Bond, as he is fondly called started acting in school drama from as little as 5 years old, he is famous for featuring in a handful of blockbuster movies where he plays characters like Rambo, and James Bond. He portrays a Gestapo hitman style with his level of expertise in handling weapons. He started his professional acting career after his first degree in Nollywood, notably in 1998.
Sylvester has directed and acted in over 250 Nollywood movies after being in the movie industry for over two decades, Sylvester has featured in movies with popular Nigerian actors and actresses like Van Vicker, Emma Ehumadu, Gentle Jack, Hanks Anuku, Jerry Amilo, Junior Pope Odonwodo, Tonto Dikeh, Zubby Michael, Ernest Asuzu, Jim Iyke, Alaso Wariboko, Olu Jacobs among others.
